It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with tea and comfortable bed, for instance and that's great. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, just off Mandalay—a leafy residential area where the old bamboo, the center, and local sightseeing. Furthermore, in a quiet neighbourhood.

The staff here is very friendly and attentive, we enjoyed our spacious room with coffee, movies, and a great shower, and it's reassuring to see smoke detectors in place.

Stayed here during our trip, it was a very very good experience. Liked best bathroom and a safe box, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar in our twin/double room. - the staff were particularly helpful and provided us with excellent breakfast for early risers. My stay at Hotel the Haven in Mandalay was truly delightful. I had a wonderful experience during my trip. the room was equipped with great amenities such as a bathroom, a safe box, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar which I really appreciated. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to assist us and even offered a delicious breakfast for those who rise early.
